I can’t remember whether this is something I’ve shouted out as a fave before, but something I’ve really loved over the past few months is taking virtual cake and cookie decorating classes with Rosie from Rosie Cakes! A subscription to Rosie’s Inspire, Bake, Create membership gets you a monthly box of decorating tools and equipment which Rosie shows how to use in live classes. If you can’t make the live class everything is also recorded and made available for members to watch later.
I love the little details Rosie thinks of – like providing a folder for the monthly recipes cards, and extra how-to videos on her instagram page as well as in the members hub.
This month’s class was held on Saturday morning and we made delicious and beautiful fondant topped sugar cookies – check them out (posing with some Aussie ruro from my TBR – Outback Secrets by Rachael Johns). We prepped the dough ahead of the class then baked and decorated under Rosie’s expert eye during.
This is 100% not a sponsored post (although i have to confess Rosie is also a friend of mine!) but if you’re keen to find out more you can click over to Rosie’s website here!
Let me know in the comments if you’re a baker, and if so what’s your specialty?
